Job Description
YOU LL BE A MEMBER OF: Corporate Finance & Accounts
Be a key member of the Order to Cash Team and be primarily responsible for managing the
Order to Cash (O2C) process end to end.
Develop monitor maintain seamless O2C process incl process documents workflows
Implement digital solutions across O2C process
Reconcile ERP with various invoicing tools and collection sources
Monitor tax compliances related to O2C cycle
Build strong customer reconciliation framework for both B2B and B2C sales
Handle all Ind AS accounting treatment for revenue various incentive programs & accounts
receivable.
Assist to build strong internal controls for daytoday operations of the O2C cycle.
Liaise with internal stakeholders retail outlets bankers on collections aspects
Work closely with Auditors on quarterly interim and final statutory audits.
Work closely with Internal Finance teams i.e Tax Business Partners Internal controls Reporting
HERE S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Indepth knowledge and expertise on O2C process & IndAS
Prior experience of handling high volume on O2C
Strong work experience in finance operations. Preferably in manufacturing retail Ecommerce
industries
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Customer management tools Billing software
Proficiency on SAP ERP
Ability to build successful relationship across multiple stakeholders
Ability to effectively manage time prioritize tasks and work within strict timelines
Ability to execute / manage tight service level agreements
A Qualified Chartered accountant with 36 years of postqualification experienc
