Job Description:
Augmentjobs is seeking a skilled and motivated Restructuring Associate to join our team. This position will be responsible for providing financial restructuring advice to clients facing financial challenges including companies in distress or undergoing insolvency proceedings. You will work with senior restructuring professionals and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to execute complex restructuring transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills attention to detail and experience working with distressed companies in a financial advisory or consulting environment.
Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of financial models and restructuring strategies for distressed companies.

Conduct financial analysis including cash flow projections liquidity analysis and debt restructuring solutions.

Prepare presentations and reports for clients creditors and other stakeholders.

Support negotiations with creditors investors and other relevant parties.

Collaborate with senior team members on executing restructuring transactions and related strategies.

Monitor distressed companies financial health and advise on optimal restructuring paths.

Assist in preparing formal documentation related to distressed assets or insolvency proceedings.

Research and stay updated on relevant legal and financial frameworks related to restructurings.
Education and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Economics or related field.

MBA or relevant postgraduate qualifications preferred.
Experience:
-
Minimum 35 years of experience in restructuring financial advisory or corporate finance roles.

Experience with distressed companies and debt restructuring processes is highly desirable.

Familiarity with bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings is a plus.
