Augmentjobs is seeking a Senior Industrials Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting senior bankers in executing transactions within the industrials sector including mergers and acquisitions debt and equity offerings and other strategic financial advisory services. The successful candidate will play a critical role in financial modeling industry research and client presentations while working closely with deal teams and maintaining high standards of performance and professionalism.
Education Requirements:-
Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting or related field.

Advanced degrees (e.g. MBA) or certifications (e.g. CFA) are a plus.

Develop detailed financial models and valuation analyses.

Prepare and present client materials including pitch decks and transaction updates.

Conduct industry research and identify market trends.

Collaborate with senior bankers on deal execution and client relationship management.

Maintain and ensure the accuracy of transaction documentation.

Coordinate due diligence and support in regulatory compliance processes.
Strong analytical thinking. Advanced financial modeling. Expertise in valuation techniques. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Indepth industry knowledge. Excellent written and verbal communication. Effective teamwork and collaboration. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Meticulous attention to detail. Exceptional problemsolving skills.
