Augmentjobs is seeking a highly motivated Senior FIG (Financial Institutions Group) Investment Banking Analyst to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting the execution of financial transactions in the banking insurance and other financial institutions sectors. This role offers the opportunity to work on highprofile deals while collaborating with senior bankers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:-
Conduct financial modeling analysis and valuation of financial institutions (banks insurance companies etc.) for mergers acquisitions and capital markets transactions.

Prepare pitch books presentations and other clientfacing materials.

Perform industry research financial analysis and due diligence for potential transactions.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements projections and strategic recommendations for clients.

Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to communicate key findings opportunities and insights.

Support the execution of various transactions including M&A deals capital raising and restructuring.

Develop relationships with clients and industry contacts to foster new business development opportunities.

Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.

4 to 7 years of experience in investment banking with a focus on the Financial Institutions Group (FIG).

Proficient in financial modeling company valuations and transaction execution.

Strong understanding of financial markets capital structures and financial institutions.

Excellent communication presentation and analytical skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
