Job Description
Job location is not accepting local candidates within a 50mile radius.
Work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM for a duration of 13 weeks.
Placement will be in an outpatient clinic.
The therapist must be capable of treating shoulders neurological conditions and other general OT patients in addition to hand therapy.
A minimum of 2 years of experience within the specialty is required.
Candidates must hold a valid OT license issued by the state of Georgia.
Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) is required.
Candidates should be familiar with the Cerner One Chart system.
The job role involves supporting acute care patients throughout the hospital as per physician orders.
The therapist will be handling a wide variety of medical and surgical diagnoses including ICU patients stroke/neurological orthopedics and general debility.
The successful candidate must be willing to work on at least one major holiday (either Christmas Day or New Years Day) and one minor holiday (either Christmas Eve or New Years Eve).
