Job Title: SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant S/4HANA Implementation
Location: PAN India (Remote / Onsite based on project requirements)

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant with expertise in S/4HANA to join our dynamic team for the implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions. This role involves designing configuring and implementing SAP PM and MRS (Maintenance Repair and Services) functionalities for clients across multiple industries ensuring smooth transitions and effective usage of the SAP system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module implementation in S/4HANA environments.
- Provide expertlevel consultation for the design configuration and implementation of SAP PM and MRS solutions.
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements analyze business processes and define system functionalities.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for endusers on SAP PM and MRS functionalities.
- Collaborate with other SAP consultants (MM WM SD etc.) to ensure seamless integration of SAP PM with other modules.
- Configure and customize SAP PM and MRS modules as per business needs.
- Support data migration efforts from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.
- Perform testing including unit testing integration testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure successful implementation.
- Provide postimplementation support and system optimization for clients.
- Develop documentation including functional specifications user manuals and process flows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PM and MRS in production environments.
- Stay up to date with new features and innovations in SAP S/4HANA and recommend relevant improvements.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 5 to 9 years of experience in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module implementation configuration and support.
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation particularly in PM and MRS.
- Indepth understanding of SAP PM functionality including work orders notifications equipment management preventive maintenance and asset management.
- Handson experience in configuring SAP PM and MRS modules to meet business requirements.
- Experience in integrating SAP PM with other SAP modules (MM WM SD etc.).
- Ability to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment with strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Knowledge of best practices in SAP PM and MRS as well as industryspecific requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Willingness to travel PAN India as required for project needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP S/4HANA certification in PM module.
- Experience in industryspecific configurations particularly in manufacturing utilities or assetintensive industries.
- Knowledge of the latest SAP PM enhancements in S/4HANA.
- Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 is a plus.
