We are hiring for a Support Engineer !! Please find the Job description.
Role: Mid level / Junior level / Entry level Data Analyst
Location: Hybrid and Onsite (Kansas)
Employment Type: W2 Contract
Work Authorization: GC H4 EAD & USC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve software hardware and network issues for customers.
- Work closely with customers to identify issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Document and track customer issues using support ticketing systems.
- Reproduce and escalate technical issues to engineering teams when necessary.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (e.g. product engineering) to improve the customer experience.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and customer documentation.
- Provide training and guidance to customers on software functionality and best practices.
- Monitor and maintain the health of customer systems by performing regular checks.
- Continuously improve support processes to ensure faster response times and better customer satisfaction.
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or a related field.
- Advanced degree in a datarelated field.
- Experience with machine learning techniques or predictive analytics.
