Job Description

Job Title: Job Title: IT Business Development Manager (US Citizens only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the IT sector.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue market share and profitability.
  • Research and analyze market trends competition and client needs.
  • Build and maintain longterm relationships with clients stakeholders and partners.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand their IT challenges and present tailored solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver IT solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Prepare proposals presentations and contract negotiations.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies to provide innovative and relevant solutions.
  • Develop business plans and forecasts to meet revenue goals.
  • Identify crossselling and upselling opportunities to maximize client value.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional activities.
  • Work closely with sales marketing and project delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff if applicable.
  • Track and report on sales performance market conditions and customer feedback.
  • Utilize CRM systems and other tools to maintain client information and pipeline status.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration Marketing or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in IT business development sales or a similar role.
  • Experience with IT services cloud computing software development or systems integration is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions SDLC and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent negotiation presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Resultsdriven and targetoriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a clientfirst attitude.
  • Federal Experience is a plus.
  • Required Security clearance.
