Job Title: Medical and Health Services Manager (US Citizens only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement organizational policies goals and objectives for health services.
- Analyze data to improve efficiency and quality of healthcare delivery.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational goals with strategic objectives.
- Supervise the daily activities of medical administrative and support staff.
- Manage budgets resource allocation and financial reporting.
- Oversee scheduling equipment procurement and facility maintenance.
- Ensure the organization adheres to federal state and local healthcare regulations.
- Maintain compliance with accreditation standards and quality assurance protocols.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required.
- Improve patient care delivery systems by implementing best practices.
- Address and resolve patient concerns and service complaints.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and develop strategies to enhance service quality.
- Hire train and evaluate staff members.
- Organize professional development opportunities and continuing education programs.
- Foster a collaborative and productive workplace culture.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of healthcare IT systems including EHR (Electronic Health Records).
- Optimize data collection and reporting systems to support decisionmaking.
- Evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Public Health Business Administration Nursing or a related field.
- A Masters degree (e.g. MHA MPH MBA with a focus on healthcare) is highly desirable.
- Progressive experience in healthcare management or related fields.
- Proven experience in managing teams and implementing operational improvements in healthcare settings.
- Experience with specific areas like patient services clinical operations or healthcare informatics.
- Knowledge of healthcare delivery models payment systems (e.g. valuebased care Medicare Medicaid) and healthcare economics.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) (if applicable to the role).
- Experience with healthcare management software such as electronic health records (EHR/EMR) systems.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare IT standards.
- Experience with data analytics tools and business intelligence platforms.
- Indepth understanding of healthcare laws and regulations (e.g. HIPAA OSHA and Joint Commission standards).
- Ability to lead compliance audits and implement corrective action plans.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Skilled in conflict resolution change management and staff development.
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to collaborate effectively with medical staff board members and external agencies.
- Experience in budgeting financial forecasting and costcontainment strategies.
- Knowledge of reimbursement processes including coding billing and payer negotiation
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
