About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of one of our diverse productsNewsletter InMarkets Bonus Hunter Learn or TopPicks. This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation growth and impact in the fastevolving crypto and blockchain space. Together we will identify the product where your expertise will shine brightest giving you the perfect platform to excel.
You will lead a crossfunctional team and work closely with stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences. Our focus for 2024 is clear: simplify crypto and blockchain complexities to empower users worldwide.
Tasks
- Product Development: Lead the product lifecycle ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the Head of Product and CTO providing progress updates and aligning strategies.
- Team Management: Manage a crossfunctional team including architect backend developer DevOps designer frontend developer product marketing analytics and SEO specialist.
- Agile Practices: Run product management ceremonies (standups sprint planning retrospectives) maintain and prioritize the product backlog and translate the product vision into actionable deliverables.
- User Experience: Ensure an intuitive user interface and impactful easytounderstand data visualizations.
- KPIs: Define and track success metrics such as user engagement retention and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 34 years of product management experience. Prior experience in startups or building new products is a plus.
- Crypto Expertise: Commercial experience in crypto/web3/blockchain is preferred but not mandatory. Passionate learners are welcome.
- Tools: Proficiency in Jira and product analytics platforms.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote global team.
- Mindset: Strategic thinker with a growthoriented approach and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
