Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Industry
Duration: 1 year and 4 months
Location: Moline IL 61265 (This position is required to work a hybrid scheduled the team works from the office every Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday)
Shift: First shift; start time flexible (6 AM 6 PM Central Time).
Description:
Under moderate supervision processes complex reimbursement transactions and maintains records for all products to support the Companys product and customer support commitments.
Responsibilities:
- Processes/approves warranty and Product Improvement Program (PIP) claims in accordance with policies.
- May require multilingual capability for claims processing.
- Handles product tracking records warranty and PIP claims.
- Provides support on complex claim issues to branches factories and dealers.
- Delivers orientation and training on warranty PIP and delivery record processes.
- May develop and conduct related dealer training.
Duties:
- Processes daily reimbursement transactions from channel partners as per policies.
- Ensures equitable and timely reimbursement to channel partners while safeguarding assets.
- Makes higherlevel decisions on complex machines/issues based on experience.
- Handles financial transactions (debit/credit) related to reimbursement policies.
- Assists personnel and channel partners with warranty systems and inquiries.
- Updates websites to ensure database accuracy.
- Provides highlevel support to channel partners representatives and factories using written electronic and phone communications.
Education/Experience:
- Preferred: 2year Associates Degree (not required).
- Relevant backgrounds: Claims Processing Call Center.
