Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Google Cloud Platform GCP Infrastructure Architect to join our team As a GCP Infrastructure Architect you will be responsible for designing implementing and optimizing cloud infrastructure solutions on the Google Cloud Platform You will collaborate closely with development teams stakeholders and other architects to ensure that our cloud infrastructure meets the needs of our organization The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of GCP services excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable secure and costeffective cloud solutions
Requirements
- 15 years of experience in IT industry and 4 years in Google Cloud
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions on the Google Cloud Platform
- Strong understanding of GCP services such as Compute Engine Kubernetes Engine GKE Cloud Storage Big Query PubSub and IAM
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Deployment Manager
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools PythonShell PowerShell
- Knowledge of networking concepts and experience with configuring VPCs VPNs and firewall rules
- Knowledge of cloud technologies like API Management Identity Management andor VMware
- Should have experience in design and building of GCP landing zone hub and spoke model
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CICD pipelines
- Excellent communication presentation and collaboration skills
- Google Cloud certifications such as Professional Cloud Architect OR Professional Cloud Network Engineer OR Professional Cloud Security Engineer is a plus
