Job Description
Summary:
A highly skilled Senior Business Analyst is sought to lead detailed analysis and documentation efforts for enterprise website development projects particularly for .com initiatives. This role focuses on gathering requirements advising on best practices and collaborating with stakeholders IT teams and vendors to deliver impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in systems analysis user experience design and workflow analysis with expertise in Agile methodologies and digital development.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions interviews and workshops to capture new system and user interface requirements.
- Document current and future state processes using various methods such as user stories workflows wireframes and swimlane diagrams.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to design and implement effective solutions.
- Oversee system testing including QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure project success.
- Provide guidance and feedback to team members and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business (IT focus) or a related field.
- Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis and design preferably in manufacturing durable goods or construction industries.
- Proven ability to document and analyze webbased systems using tools like user stories swimlane diagrams and wireframes.
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in digital interface design user experience best practices and workflow analysis.
- Knowledge of IT standards policies and information security practices.
- Exposure to ERP systems and data integration is preferred.
- Tools/Technologies:
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira Google Suite Lucid Charts and platforms like Sitecore and Salesforce (preferred).
- Knowledge of digital marketing sales and eCommerce websites is a plus.
- Certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar is desirable.
- Skills: Strong communication prioritization problemsolving and relationship management skills with a focus on influencing crossfunctional initiatives.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in building Marketing Sales and eCommerce sites.
- Familiarity with Sitecore Salesforce and Jira.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Lucid Charts.
- Experience in manufacturing industry contexts.
