Job Description

Role: Electronic Health Record (EHR) System Analyst

Location: Appleton Wisconsin 100% on site

Duration of the Contract: Until 12/31/25 This position has the possibility of extension

Position is 100% on site. Candidate MUST be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role

Interview Process: An inperson interview is preferred with the candidate. Zoom interview can be arranged.

1. Electronic Health Record (EHR) administration & support background

3. SQL/Report Writing

Project Details: The Systems Analyst I serves as liaison between County Information Technology (IT) and Health and Human Services. The Systems Analyst I is a member of a crossfunctional team where teamwork collaboration challenges and continuous learning are the norm. The primary responsibilities of this position include managing projects training department staff implementing software and supporting Health and Human Services end users. This position will function as an integral part of our Systems Analyst team including answering phone support calls coordinating problem resolution and documenting solutions and procedures.
