Job Description

Were on the lookout for a dynamic Full Stack Developer to join our team and support our mission of scaling businesses with innovative digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain scalable web applications and platforms.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (content marketing and strategy teams) to integrate frontend designs with backend systems.
Write efficient reusable and clean code following best practices.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Implement APIs to integrate thirdparty tools and services as per client and agency needs.
Troubleshoot debug and upgrade software.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to agency and client projects.
Strong Project Management client handling and leadership skills.
Required Skills and amp; Experience:
Frontend: Proficient in PHP WordPress JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 and modern frameworks such as React.js Angular or Vue.js.
Backend: Strong expertise in serverside languages like Node.js Python (Django/Flask) Ruby on Rails or PHP (Laravel).
Database Management: Handson experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) such as MySQL PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
APIs: Proficiency in RESTful APIs and thirdparty API integrations.
DevOps and amp; Tools: Familiarity with Git CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS GCP or Azure).
Responsive Design: Experience in building mobilefirst responsive web applications.
Testing: Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g. Jest Selenium).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
5 years of professional experience in fullstack development.
Experience in digital marketing tools or platforms is a plus.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
