- Up to 8.5 LPA for Sales Manager
- Up to 4 LPA for Relationship Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated professionals to drive gold loan sales manage portfolios build strong customer relationships and achieve business growth targets for a leading bank.
Key Responsibilities:
For Sales Manager:
- Lead and manage a team of 45 Relationship Managers.
- Drive gold loan sales in the DSA vertical and open market.
- Monitor performance guide the team to achieve targets and maintain compliance with company policies.
For Relationship Manager:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Evaluate gold assets verify documentation and ensure accurate loan processing.
- Promote gold loan products and crosssell additional financial services such as insurance and savings.
- Monitor loan repayments manage overdue accounts and ensure compliance.
Additional Responsibilities for Both Roles:
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in gold loans or financial services (preferred).
- Skills:
- Expertise in gold valuation and loan processing.
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in banking software and MS Office.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Loan disbursement and recovery performance.
- Customer satisfaction and retention metrics.
- Achievement of sales and crossselling targets.
