Job Title: Relationship Manager – HL/LAP
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 15 years
Product Homeloan and loan against property
Ctc 4LPA
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of Home Loans (HL) and Loans Against Property (LAP) to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for lead generation and crossselling.
- Manage loan applications documentation and credit approvals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely disbursal and compliance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/PostGraduate in Finance Business or related fields.
- Proven experience in HL/LAP sales or similar roles.
- Strong communication sales and negotiation skills.
