Job Description

Job Title: Head Business Development
Location: Ahmedabad WFO

We are looking for an experienced Head Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong track record of expanding business in IT Sales International markets. You will be responsible for driving strategic growth leading teams and managing sales operations in various global regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to target international markets and achieve sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Identify engage and build longlasting relationships with new and existing clients to foster business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a highperforming business development team setting clear goals providing guidance and ensuring successful execution of strategies.
  • Sales & Market Expansion: Drive new business opportunities exploring untapped markets and expanding the company's footprint internationally.
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales marketing and product teams to align strategies and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations with key clients ensuring successful deal closures while maintaining longterm client satisfaction.
  • Adaptability to Time Zones: Be flexible to work across different time zones based on business requirements ensuring efficient communication and timely followups with international clients.

Requirements:

Proven experience in IT Sales with a focus on international markets.

Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to handle and motivate teams.

Experience in driving business growth achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.

Ability to work flexibly across time zones to meet business demands.

Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
