- Strategic Marketing Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance property visibility and drive sales growth.
- Targeted Program Design: Create and implement marketing programs that align with sales goals and effectively showcase property offerings.
- Promotional Oversight: Manage the development and upkeep of all advertising and promotional materials for the sales office and show units.
- Sales Gallery Management: Oversee the operation of sales galleries and show units to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Customer Insights Management: Collect and relay customer feedback to management for continuous improvement of products and services.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports on a daily weekly and monthly basis to support datadriven decisionmaking.
- Documentation Review: Ensure the accuracy of all documentation including Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and Sales Forms prior to submission to the sales administration team.
- Event Planning and Execution: Organize and manage events roadshows and exhibitions to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct SWOT analyses competitor assessments and comprehensive market research to inform marketing strategies.
- Promotional Material Development: Create impactful promotional and advertising materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Resource Coordination: Oversee the preparation of sales kits mailing lists and other materials for product awareness campaigns.
- Campaign Implementation: Execute effective promotional and advertising campaigns to increase market share and drive sales performance.
- Regulatory and Legal Collaboration: Work with legal advisors for documentation and liaise with government bodies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Licensing Management: Manage the application extension and renewal processes for Developers License (DL) and Sales & Advertising Permit (AP).
- Financial Institution Liaison: Collaborate with banks and financial institutions regarding endfinancing options for clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the property development industry.
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Melayu proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in computer skills and relevant software applications.
- Resultsdriven mindset with exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives effectively.
