Summary:

We are looking for a Web Designer with a strong focus on UX design to create highquality conversionfocused digital experiences. This role involves utilizing expertise in Figma to design user interfaces that enhance usability and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail and deliver exceptional design solutions that prioritize user journeys and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces prioritizing user experience and accessibility.
  
• Create wireframes prototypes and mockups using Figma to guide development teams.
  
• Optimize designs for user conversion journeys and engagement.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide design solutions that align with business goals.
  
• Conduct UX research and usability testing to refine and validate the design
  
• Ensure all designs meet the highest quality standards with meticulous attention to detail.
  
• Stay up to date with UX/UI best practices industry trends and emerging design tools.
  
• Communicate effectively with team members during Melbourne business hours.
  

Requirements

Requirements/Qualification

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or a related fiel
  
• 5 years of experience in UX design with a proven track record of delivering conversiondriven designs.
  
• Proficiency in Figma for creating highquality designs and prototype
  
• Strong understanding of UX/UAI principles especially for conversion optimization.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  
• Reliable internet connection for remote collaboration.
  
• Proactive and detailoriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
