Job Description:
As a Sales Outreach Specialist youll drive company growth by connecting businesses with impactful radio advertising opportunities. This dynamic role blends sales customer service and strategic thinking allowing you to identify and engage advertisers highlight the benefits of our radio program and contribute directly to its success in a fastpaced growthfocused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct highenergy outbound call campaigns to potential advertisers aiming for 50100 quality connections daily
Engage businesses with compelling pitches about the power of radio advertising tailoring your approach to each prospect s unique needs
Become an expert in radio advertising benefits using your knowledge to spark interest and overcome objections
Qualify and nurture promising leads identifying at least 10 solid advertising prospects weekly
Maintain meticulous records of all interactions in our stateoftheart CRM system ensuring seamless followups and datadriven decision making
Collaborate closely with our radio program team to gain indepth understanding of advertising slots and opportunities allowing you to match clients with perfect advertising solutions
Generate insightful weekly reports on outreach activities and lead generation results contributing to the continuous improvement of our strategies
Achieve and exceed daily weekly and monthly outreach targets driving the growth of our advertising client base
Requirements
- Strong phone communication skills building rapport quickly and simplifying complex ideas.
- Must have sales experience ideally in a B2B setting.
- Proven success in sales lead generation or customer service in targetdriven roles.
- Resilient and positive in highvolume call environments maintaining persistence daily.
- Excellent listening skills to gauge client interest and adapt approach in realtime.
- Proficient in VoIP systems and CRM software eager to learn new tools.
- Selfmotivated to meet and exceed targets driving consistent performance.
- Works independently and collaborates well with a global team.
- Passionate about staying informed on insurance and advertising trends to enhance outreach.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills capable of juggling multiple prospects and priorities efficiently
