Requirements
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud Service Logistics Specialist to lead the design implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud Service Logistics solutions. This role involves integrating service logistics systems with broader ERP frameworks to address key customer service requirements including managing part requirements debrief and charges field service technicians inventory and depot repair processes. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities to oversee complex crossfunctional projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oracle Cloud Implementation:
- Lead the endtoend implementation of Oracle Cloud Service Logistics solutions.
- Design configure test deploy and optimize Oracle Cloud modules tailored to service logistics.
Process Optimization:
- Analyze and improve service logistics workflows to enhance operational efficiency accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Address service logistics challenges such as parts management technician requirements debrief processes and charge management.
Project Management:
- Develop and manage project plans ensuring timely delivery within budget and aligned to business goals.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth integration of solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration:

Required Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years specializing in Service Logistics with a focus on Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Proven track record of successful Oracle Cloud Service Logistics implementations.
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of service logistics workflows and associated financial processes.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and technical abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
Preferred Qualifications:
