Job Description

As a Customer Service & Operations Executive you will provide inbound and outbound support through email phone and live chat. From resolving issues to managing relationships with housekeepers and clients your role is to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service with every interaction. Flexibility is essential as youll handle shifting schedules holidays and weekends.

Job Overview
Employment Type: FullTime
Shift: Mid Shift to Night Shift (Shifting)
Salary: Up to PHP40000
Work Setup: Hybrid Makati (34 months training onsite)

Your Daily Tasks
  • Drive retention by consistently providing exceptional support to customers.
  • Deliver inbound and outbound customer assistance via email phone and live chat.
  • Ensure every customer interaction reflects a commitment to excellence.
  • Handle a broad range of inquiries and issues from ensuring each clean goes smoothly to managing relationships.
  • Take full ownership of issues empowered to resolve them effectively the first time every time.
  • Respond swiftly and accurately to customer and Housekeeper inquiries ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Adapt to midnight shift schedules with monthly shift changes and be available to work on holidays and weekends.

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 5 years of recent relevant experience.
  • Blended customer service experience handling voice email and chat.
  • Preference for candidates with consistent career tenures avoiding frequent job transitions.
  • Candidates should be located within 1 hour of Makati for ease of access when onsite presence is required.
  • Strong interest in building a longterm career with Housekeep demonstrated through a stable and consistent job history.
  • Educated at least a college level.
  • Proven experience managing customer interactions through email chat and phone.
  • Experience working with UK customers or in marketplace services (e.g. Airbnb Uber) is a plus.
  • Proficient with technology; familiarity with Zendesk is an advantage.
  • Exceptional customer service skills driven by a passion for creating outstanding customer experiences.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated strong judgment and practical problemsolving abilities.
