Job Description

As a Case Manager you will act as a vital liaison between experts and lawyers ensuring smooth case progression and the timely delivery of admissible expert reports. Collaborating with Research and Quality Assurance teams you will drive seamless processes and resolve any issues that arise delivering excellence at every step.

Job Overview

Employment Type: FullTime
Shift: Monday to Friday 5:30 AM 2:30 PM during AEDT and 6:30 AM 3:30 PM during AEST
Work Setup: Permanent Work from home
Perks: Day Shift Weekends Off

Your Daily Tasks
  • Acting as a liaison between experts and lawyers to ensure the seamless progression of each matter.
  • Monitoring and enforcing adherence to deadlines.
  • Collaborating closely with the Research team to secure the appointment of the most suitable expert for each matter.
  • Partnering with the Quality Assurance team to ensure expert reports meet courtadmissibility standards.
  • Addressing and resolving any issues arising during the reportwriting process.

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • A background in law or prior experience working in a law firm.
  • Previous experience in customer service or client relationship management particularly with corporate clients.
  • A bachelor s degree is required; a law degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ideally qualified as a Lawyer or Senior Paralegal.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong skills in objectionhandling adaptability and creative problemsolving.
  • Outstanding organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Proven capability to provide effective team support.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A strong work ethic with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • A collaborative and teamoriented mindset.
  • Comprehensive understanding of office management and daily operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Confidence in communicating with individuals from diverse backgrounds via phone and email.
