Job Description
This is a remote position.
Title: Electrical EstimatorWork Setup: Work Onsite/ Work from Home
Salary: Php 60000 Php 70000 (still Negotiable for Sr level candidates)
Schedule: Monday Friday 7am 4pm PH time

As an Electrical Estimator you ll play a key role in our service delivery cycle providing precise and competitive project estimates. This includes cost analysis risk assessments and vendor coordination ensuring every project is delivered on budget and to the highest standards.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR
Responsibilities as an Electrical Estimator:
Cost Analysis and Budgeting: Break down the project into components assess labour material and equipment costs and create detailed budgets based on these assessments.
Risk Assessment and Contingency Planning: Identify potential risks that could impact the project s budget or timeline and build contingency allowances to account for these risks.
Vendor and Subcontractor Coordination: Obtain and evaluate quotes from suppliers vendors and subcontractors to ensure accurate and competitive cost estimates.
Report Preparation and Presentation: Compile estimates supporting data and assumptions into comprehensive responses and present findings to stakeholders for review and approval.
Detailed Estimation: Prepare precise cost estimates including labour materials equipment and overheads.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers engineers and clients to align estimates with project requirements.
Compliance: Ensure all estimates adhere to Australian standards and regulations.
Technical Analysis: Interpret and review electrical plans blueprints and technical specifications.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to refining estimating tools processes and methodologies.
Qualifications as an Electrical Estimator:
Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering Construction Management or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Estimator or similar role.
Electrical trade background with a valid electrical license.
Strong knowledge of Australian standards for electrical estimating.
Proficiency in Simpro or similar estimating tools.
Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills for accurate estimation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for liaising with vendors and stakeholders.
Experience with renewable energy projects is a plus.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Electrically strong and tradespecialized.
