Job Description: Track and Trace SME
Position: Consultant
Experience Required: 5 years
Role Summary: Responsible for overseeing the endtoend implementation of the T&T system including regulatory framework. This role includes business analysis project planning managing crossfunctional teams coordinating with vendors and ensuring the technology is aligned with client s goals and regulation requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse Design and Optimize Business Process: Work closely with stakeholders to gather document and analyse business needs to ensure alignment with project goals and regulatory mandates.
Interpret and Analyse Regulatory Requirements: Review and interpret complex regulatory mandates assessing their operational impact and ensuring compliance across business functions.
Streamline Impact Assessments: Perform detailed assessments to identify the impact of new or evolving requirements on existing business processes IT systems and operations.
Address Business Challenges through Gap Analysis: Conduct comprehensive gap analysis to pinpoint discrepancies between current capabilities and desired outcomes and recommend cuttingedge IT solutions for seamless internal and external integrations.
Validate Project Requirements: Facilitate comprehensive validation of requirements to ensure readiness for project initiation minimizing the risk of rework or delays.
Develop and Maintain Project Documentation: Prepare and update status reports detailed project plans and activity schedules to support robust project tracking and management.
Facilitate Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between business users IT teams and regulatory bodies to ensure clear communication and alignment on project deliverables.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
5 years of experience in IT implementation of Track & Trace software solutions for manufacturing or supply chain ecosystems.
Working experience of Track & Trace systems and deep understanding of business processes.
Understanding of manufacturing processes related to product packing/serialization and aggregation.
Knowledge of Track and Trace regulations in any industry; experience in tobacco regulations is a plus.
Knowledge of GS1 and ISO Coding standards for unique product tracking and tracing is an added advantage.
Ability to deliver results in global matrixed environments comprised of internal and external stakeholders.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Problemsolving abilities and adaptability to address evolving research needs.
Educational Qualifications:
- Strong educational background from reputed engineering and management schools.
