Job Description
- Prioritise and carry out maintenance as requested to ensure the smooth running of the hotel operation.
- Plan and carry out preventive maintenance throughout the hotel to ensure standards are maintained for guest comfort.
- Carry out general repairs and maintenance to the property and attend service requests by guests.
- Support and liaise with any contractors within the hotel ensuring their work is to the standard required by the company and manufacturer specifications.
- Identify the root cause of the repairs and troubleshoot.
Qualifications :
- Several years of experience in general maintenance and repair work preferably in a Hotel environment.
- Strong problemsolving abilities to diagnose issues and develop effective solutions.
- Flexibility to work across various shifts.
