Looking for a highperforming individual with 36 years of experience in building software products/platforms to help them achieve the goal of building an ecommerce system to deliver all customer project developments in a systematic and organised manner.
They should be problemsolver with a gogetter attitude who can bring unique perspectives to the discussions. They should have a proven record in product development analytics computer programming and design.
They are someone who is currently living in Mumbai and can startimmediately or have 15 days notice period.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond use data creativity and experimentation to constantly improve the product
- Transforming the product ideas from their most formidable stages into actionable concepts timelines and projects while maintaining a serious consideration of the financial implications and the overall objectives of the business
- Building and executing of new initiatives and roadmaps on the storefront understanding the market customers and building business cases for new product opportunities
- Work crossfunctionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities
- Create business models and analyze the competitive landscape
- Develop and monitor datadriven analytics
- Lead a team of highperforming individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation
- Mentor team to help them achieve individual & team objectives
- Create and manage a process that drives toward a scalable product portfolio that will in turn drive the organizations product profitability
Mandatory Requirements
- Wellversed with state of art tech and its trends
- Understand products and working of the commerce ecosystem in depth who have a good understanding of funnels sprint & agile ways of working PRDs & wireframes
- Skill to transform broad ideas into action plans
- Proven record in product development analytics computer programming and design
- Superior ability to conceptualize prioritize and manage multiple projects with ease
Preferred Requirements
MBA from a premium Institute or foreign university

Eligibility Criteria
- 36 years handson product experience working on building products or problemsolving in start up ecommerce companies
- Masters/Bachelors in software/computer engineering from a premier institute
Job Location: Kanjurmarg/Marine Drive Mumbai WFO 6 days/week
