- Monday to Friday: 09:00 AM 05:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM 06:00 PM
- Days Off: Sunday and one rotational weekday
- 40 Hours per week and 8 hours per day

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Athens. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone email and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries including product information troubleshooting and account management.
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and solutions provided.
- Contribute to improving customer support processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problemsolving mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer support tools and CRM software is an advantage.
