Job Overview:

Looking for a highly skilled and motivated Founders Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Founders Office. This role will be crucial in supporting our founders and ensuring the smooth functioning of strategic initiatives project management and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

Oversee daily office operations ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in workflows.

Manage the Founders Office budget including expenses and resource allocation.

Executive Support:

Provide highlevel administrative support to the founders including calendar management meeting coordination and travel arrangements.

Prepare reports presentations and briefing materials for meetings and engagements.

Project Coordination:

Lead the planning execution and monitoring of key projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Collaborate with various teams to facilitate project progress and resolve any challenges.

Research & Insights:

Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic planning and decisionmaking.

Summarize findings and present actionable insights to the founders.

Communication & Liaison:

Act as a primary point of contact between the founders and internal/external stakeholders fostering effective communication.

Draft and manage communications including emails reports and presentations.

Event Planning & Coordination:

Organize and manage events workshops and teambuilding activities.

Handle logistics materials and followup for all events.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.

2 years of experience in office management executive support or a similar role preferably in a startup or fastpaced environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in project management or strategic operations.

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Passion for entrepreneurship and an understanding of the startup landscape.
