Job Overview:
The Freelance Graphic Designer will work closely with our marketing and content teams to produce engaging visually appealing designs. This role requires creativity attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment. Projects may range from social media graphics and website assets to print materials and branding assets.

Competitive based on project scope and experience. Rates will be discussed on a perproject basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Digital Design: Create highquality graphics for digital platforms including social media websites and digital ads
- Print Design: Develop printready files for materials like brochures flyers posters and packaging
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the companys brand guidelines and maintain visual coherence across all assets
- Collaboration & Communication: Work with marketing and product teams to understand project goals gather feedback and iterate on designs
- Conceptualization: Take initial ideas and turn them into visually engaging concepts incorporating feedback and making adjustments as needed
- File Preparation: Deliver final files in various formats ensuring print and digital readiness.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3 years of experience as a graphic designer with a portfolio showcasing diverse design projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and other design tools (e.g. Figma Canva)
- Strong understanding of design principles typography color theory and layout
- Ability to work independently meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
