We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA EAM/PM Senior Consultant with expertise in SAP S/4HANA EAM/PM module. The Lead Consultant will play a pivotal role in overseeing all phases of the design realization data migration and testing ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to business operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 8 years of SAP EAM/PM End to End Implementation experience in at least two greenfield implementation projects.
- Good Knowledge in Enterprise Asset Management Plant Maintenance Business Processes such as Breakdown Maintenance Preventive Maintenance Refurbishment Process and shut down Maintenance.
- Have worked on Configuring and managing of various technical objects like Maintenance Plant Maintenance Planning Plant Locations Plant Sections Planner Group Maintenance Work Center Functional Location Equipment Equipment BOM Characteristics Measuring Points and counters Catalogs Preventive Planning Masters Maintenance Strategy Maintenance Task List Maintenance Plan.
- Good understanding on transactional data like different type of maintenance work orders and notifications.
- SAP S/4HANA Best Practices: Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA best practices and industry standards for EAM/PM processes. This includes understanding standard SAP solutions recommended configurations and preconfigured business processes provided by SAP S/4HANA.
- SAP S/4HANA Data Migration: Experience with data migration processes in SAP S/4HANA including data extraction transformation and loading (SAP DS). This involves migrating legacy data while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Experience in working on development requirements like reports interfaces conversions enhancements forms and workflows. Outbound and Inbound ALE/EDI communications.
- SAP Fiori/UI5: Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 for designing intuitive and userfriendly interfaces for SAP S/4HANA PS processes. This includes configuring Fiori apps enhancing standard Fiori applications.
- Reporting and Analytics: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA reporting tools such as embedded analytics within S/4HANA.
- Good integration knowledge/experience between SAP EAM/PM and other relevant SAP modules with a particular focus on FI/CO/MM/ PS/ as well as with third party interface designs and technologies (mainly HR)
- Experience in implementations per SAP Activate methodology
- Experience in facilitating design workshops analysis process mapping configuration testing training go live and support cycles.
- Experience in preparing Business process documents Functional Design Documents Functional Specifications and FIT GAP analysis.
