Location: Nasr City Cairo

Shift: Flexible 8Hour Shifts

Salary: Competitive with a very attractive package

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (One Day Off Details Discussed During Interview)

What Youll Do

• Requirement Analysis & Blueprinting
  • Meet with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Map current business processes and design an optimal Odoo ERP blueprint.
• Implementation & Configuration
  • Install and configure Odoo modules to meet business needs.
  • Customize and integrate modules using Odoo Studio and other tools.
• Data Migration & Testing
  • Manage data migration ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems.
  • Develop and execute testing plans to ensure the solution meets quality standards.
• Training & Support
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions for endusers.
  • Provide ongoing postimplementation support and troubleshooting.
• Project Management & Reporting
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to manage project timelines.
  • Prepare detailed reports on progress performance and outcomes.

What We Need from You

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years in ERP implementations with handson experience in Odoo preferred.
• Certifications:
  • Odoo Certification is a Must: Minimum certification level v16 is required; candidates with v17 or v18 are highly preferred.
  • PMP Certification: A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong plus.
• Technical & Analytical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping and ERP configuration.
  • Ability to customize and troubleshoot Odoo modules.
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
• Personal Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive problemsolver.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team.
