About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Audit Manager or Audit Supervisor to join our dynamic audit team. This position involves leading audits supervising associates and contributing to the growth and success of the team. Ideal candidates are passionate about auditing and skilled in planning fieldwork mentoring and reviewing work for quality and accuracy. Responsibilities:
- Lead and perform audits ensuring highquality execution.
- Supervise and mentor audit associates providing guidance and constructive feedback.
- Conduct audit planning fieldwork and review of associates work.
- Manage audit engagements efficiently to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Utilize audit software effectively with experience in ProSystem Engagement considered a plus.
- Leverage working knowledge of QuickBooks as needed during engagements.
- Exhibit a strong serviceoriented approach in client interactions.
- Ensure compliance with audit standards and firm policies.
Qualifications:
- CPA certification required.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting required.
- 8 years of experience in public accounting; candidates with a minimum of 5 years and CPA credentials will also be considered.
- Proficiency in audit software and general ledger maintenance.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
- Proven ability to mentor and lead teams effectively.
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
