- POSITION: Electronic Warfare / Electromagnetic (EW/EMS) Spectrum Specialist (Active TS/SCI Clearance Required)
- LOCATION: Hampton VA
- WORK ARRANGEMENTS: Onsite

Your Impact & Contributions:
- Drive strategic development of Electronic Warfare and Electromagnetic Spectrum operations policy ensuring combat readiness and operational excellence
- Lead innovative approaches to EW/EMS training integration enhancing force capabilities through advanced simulation and live training environments
- Shape the future of JEMSO and JADC2 programs
- Influence modernization efforts across major commands through expert technical guidance and program management
- Champion the development of nextgeneration EW and EMS capabilities directly impacting national defense strategies
What You Bring to Succeed:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance (Must be currently active no interim clearances)
- Proven experience operating Electronic Warfare systems in DoD aircraft as a rated aircrew member
- Track record of successfully integrating EW Cyber Information Operations Space and ISR effects
- Bachelors degree in a relevant technical field
- Experience in program management and policy development within the defense sector
- Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities with attention to detail
- Excellence in crossfunctional team leadership and stakeholder management
- Ability to maintain security clearance throughout employment
