Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our creative team as Graphic Designer. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing visual content in various formats understanding client needs and ensuring design consistency across different platforms. This role requires strong creativity
effective communication skills and proficiency in design software.
Job Responsibilities
- Design Creation: Develop visual content in various formats such as logos brochures info graphics illustrations web graphics etc. using software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) Canva other design tools.
- Conceptualization: Generate creative ideas and concepts that meet the clients brief while considering design principles like layout typography color theory and imagery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members including marketers copywriters and other designers to ensure design consistency across various platforms and campaigns.
- Presentation and Revision: Present design concepts to clients or stakeholders incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions to meet their expectations.
- Keeping Up with Trends: Stay updated with industry trends design techniques and software updates to maintain a high standard of work and incorporate fresh ideas into projects.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively to deliver highquality designs within set timelines.
- Branding and Identity: Assist in developing brand guidelines and ensuring consistency in visual elements across all mediums to reinforce the brands identity.
- Communication Skills: Clearly communicate design concepts ideas and rationales effectively to both clients and team members.
- Adaptability: Be adaptable and flexible in handling different design projects industries and client preferences.
Job Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification in Graphics design.
- Previous 1 2years of relevant experience or Freshers are also welcomed .
- Candidate should have indepth knowledge about the various graphic softwares which are used for 2D & 3D motion graphics.
- Should be able to work under creative & challenging circumstances.
- Should have a good hold on Kannada template creations for daily news updates.
- Must be an actively involved team member who can deliver the creative on time & within the deadlines.
- There needs to be understanding of which licensed software has to be installed for crafting 3D animation 2D animation motion graphics creation GFX template creation.
- Should be able to act on the feet & have clear obliging & incorporation of creative changes that are asked for in the process.
