Job Description
Have exposure in North American Standards.
Highly capable and competent combined with technical expertise creativity and problemsolving skills to design and deliver high quality mechanical solutions.
Good working knowledge on automated machineries design with strong knowledge of robotic applications advance machine kinematics servo & drive motors etc.
Experience in material handling systems like conveyor Pallets AMR AGV and other material transfer systems.
Handson work experience on SPM Jigs fixtures and custom machine building.
Good understanding of pneumatics electrical actuators and its applications.
Strong knowledge in GD & T Design for manufacturability (DFM) and Design for assembly (DFA) principles.
Able to design and integrate vision inspection and calibrations systems in automation process.
Able to demonstrate and review the designs efficiently with customer centric approach.
Indepth Knowledge of manufacturing processes materials & grades coatings and properties.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations (ISO ANSI ASME).
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools will be added advantageE
