Job Description

The job is a 26week assignment and offers a salary of $2784 per week.
The candidate must have an active State of HI license or apply upon acceptance of the job offer.
The candidate must possess the Hawaii License by the start of the assignment.
The job requires acute care experience and proficiency in conducting Modified Barium Swallow Studies in radiology without supervision.
The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience preferably with SNF level or Rehab hospital experience.
The job requires skills in rehab in Acute MBS and experience in SNF facility.
There could be potential referrals for outpatient care.
The job involves using Meditech for computerized documentation inpatient and paperpencil for outpatient documentation.
The candidate must have BLS HI rehab licensure in the appropriate discipline.
The schedule is generally set for 5 days a week and might include 1 weekend day.
The job might require floating to another facility depending on the census and staffing.
The dress code is scrubs or per HMC dress code P&P.
The job provides training in EMR documentation and orientation to the rehab area/expectations.
The job is in the Rehabilitation Therapy specialty with a subspecialty as a Speech Therapist.
The candidate must have general certifications in BLS/BCLS and rehabilitation certifications in ASHA.
