Job Title: COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) SLP Therapists
Location: Petaluma CA
Salary: $50.00 to $85.00
Shift Information: Monday to Friday OR Tuesday to Saturday
Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) or SpeechLanguage Pathologists (SLP) to join our dynamic team. The focus is on providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Delivering tailored therapy to a diverse patient group.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.
- Clinical Skills: Utilizing strong clinical skills with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Communication: Maintaining clear communication with patients families and team members about treatment goals and progress.
- Documentation: Keeping accurate and timely records of patient care activities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate degree for COTAs; Advanced degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology for SLPs.
- Licensure: Must have a valid California state license in the respective field.
- Experience: Prior experience in postacute settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Language Skills: Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly valued.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal organizational and problemsolving skills are essential.
