Job Description: Sales Consulting Analyst

Position Overview:
We are seeking a resultsdriven and analytical Sales Consulting Analyst to join our consulting team. In this role you will help clients optimize their sales strategies improve processes and drive revenue growth. You will analyze sales data assess performance metrics and develop actionable recommendations to address client challenges. This role provides an opportunity to work on diverse projects across industries and develop expertise in sales strategy and consulting.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies that align with clients business goals and target markets.
  • Analyze client sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement in areas such as lead generation pipeline management and closing rates.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants to design sales plans and initiatives that drive revenue growth.
Data Analysis and Insights:
  • Collect and analyze sales data to evaluate performance metrics trends and areas of opportunity.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g. Excel Tableau Power BI) to create reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights.
  • Support datadriven decisionmaking by providing detailed recommendations based on analysis.
Process Improvement:
  • Assess current sales processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Apply methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement in sales processes.
Market Research and Benchmarking:
  • Conduct research on industry trends competitive landscapes and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Benchmark clients sales performance against industry standards and identify key areas for differentiation.
  • Provide insights on market opportunities and emerging sales tools and technologies.
Sales Enablement:
  • Support the development of sales enablement programs including training materials playbooks and toolkits.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve salesforce effectiveness and ensure alignment with marketing efforts.
  • Recommend and implement CRM tools and technologies to enhance sales efficiency and tracking.
Client Engagement and Communication:
  • Prepare presentations reports and dashboards to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
  • Participate in client meetings and workshops providing insights and contributing to discussions on sales strategies and challenges.
  • Work closely with senior consultants to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.
Research and Innovation:
  • Stay informed on emerging sales trends technologies and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  • Conduct research to support the development of internal tools methodologies and frameworks for sales consulting.
  • Contribute to knowledgesharing initiatives within the firm.
Qualifications: Educational Background:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Economics or a related field.
  • Strong academic performance with coursework or experience in sales analytics or strategy.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel Tableau Power BI) and familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies processes and performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
