Job Description: Senior Marketing Consulting Analyst

- Use advanced analytics tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) to create data visualizations that inform decisionmaking.
- Evaluate marketing ROI and recommend strategies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct primary and secondary research to understand market dynamics consumer preferences and competitive landscapes.
- Benchmark clients marketing performance against industry standards and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Provide insights into emerging trends technologies and best practices to keep clients ahead of the curve.
Digital Marketing and Customer Engagement:
- Evaluate clients digital marketing strategies including SEO SEM social media email campaigns and content marketing.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to improve customer engagement conversion rates and overall digital performance.
- Use customer journey mapping to identify pain points and opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Campaign Development and Execution:
- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with clients objectives and target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance provide insights for optimization and deliver postcampaign analyses.
- Guide clients on audience segmentation channel selection and messaging strategies to enhance campaign impact.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders building strong relationships and ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations reports and dashboards that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
- Manage project timelines budgets and deliverables ensuring successful outcomes and high client satisfaction.
Team Leadership and Mentorship:
- Mentor and guide junior analysts fostering their professional development and ensuring the quality of their work.
- Lead project teams coordinating crossfunctional efforts to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
- Contribute to the development of internal tools methodologies and best practices for marketing consulting.
Thought Leadership and Innovation:
- Stay informed on emerging marketing trends tools and technologies to provide cuttingedge solutions for clients.
- Conduct research and contribute to the firms thought leadership by developing white papers case studies and presentations.
- Propose innovative strategies and solutions to address complex marketing challenges.
Qualifications: Educational Background:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
- Advanced degree (e.g. MBA) or certifications (e.g. Google Analytics HubSpot Salesforce) is a strong plus.
Professional Experience:
- 5 7 years of experience in marketing strategy analytics or consulting.
- Proven track record of delivering successful marketing initiatives and driving measurable results.
- Experience with marketing technologies platforms and tools (e.g. Google Ads Salesforce HubSpot).
Skills and Competencies:
