• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and platforms tailored to clients needs and goals.
• Oversee the integration and implementation of digital tools ensuring alignment with business operations and scalability.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure successful deployment adoption and longterm impact of technology solutions.

• Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Lead process redesign initiatives using methodologies like Lean Six Sigma and Agile to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Implement automation solutions such as robotic process automation (RPA) to reduce costs and improve operational agility.

• Use advanced analytics to assess the effectiveness of digital initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop dashboards reports and visualizations to provide actionable insights and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Leverage data to inform strategic decisions and optimize digital transformation outcomes.

• Redesign customer journeys to create seamless and personalized digital experiences.
• Implement omnichannel strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Use analytics to understand customer behavior and recommend targeted improvements for better retention and loyalty.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders building strong relationships and ensuring alignment with their goals.
• Lead client meetings workshops and presentations effectively communicating strategies findings and recommendations.
• Manage project timelines budgets and deliverables to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

• Mentor and guide junior consultants providing technical expertise and fostering their professional growth.
• Oversee project teams ensuring highquality deliverables and alignment with client expectations.
• Contribute to the firms knowledge base by developing tools frameworks and best practices for digital transformation consulting.

• Stay uptodate on emerging trends technologies and best practices in digital transformation.
• Conduct research to benchmark clients against industry standards and identify innovative opportunities.
• Lead the creation of thought leadership content including white papers case studies and conference presentations.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Information Technology Data Analytics or a related field.
• Advanced degree (e.g. MBA or MS in Digital Transformation) or certifications (e.g. Agile PMP Six Sigma ITIL) is strongly preferred.

• 7 years of experience in digital transformation consulting technology strategy or related fields.
• Proven track record of delivering successful digital transformation projects and managing client relationships.
• Expertise in digital technologies process optimization and organizational change management.

• Advanced analytical and problemsolving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI Python).
• Strong understanding of digital transformation frameworks agile methodologies and process improvement techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing complex multistakeholder projects.
