Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Supply Chain Consulting Associate to join our consulting team. In this role you will lead highimpact supply chain projects providing strategic insights and actionable solutions to clients across various industries. You will oversee the design and implementation of supply chain strategies manage client relationships and mentor junior team members. As a Senior Associate you will leverage your expertise in supply chain operations data analysis and process optimization to deliver measurable results and drive client success.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives focusing on efficiency cost savings and scalability.
• Assess and redesign supply chain processes identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in procurement logistics inventory and production.
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance clients supply chain performance optimize resource utilization and increase customer satisfaction.

• Analyze complex supply chain data to identify trends inefficiencies and performance gaps.
• Create datadriven models dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to inform client decisionmaking.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented strategies.

• Lead process improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean Six Sigma and other frameworks.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices in inventory management demand forecasting supplier relationship management and logistics optimization.
• Support the integration of advanced technologies such as AI blockchain and IoT to improve supply chain visibility and performance.

• Identify and mitigate risks within clients supply chain operations including supplier dependencies demand fluctuations and regulatory challenges.
• Develop contingency plans and resilience strategies to ensure business continuity in the face of disruptions.
• Advise clients on building sustainable and resilient supply chains that meet environmental social and governance (ESG) criteria.

• Evaluate supplier performance and develop strategies for supplier optimization cost efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Support clients in negotiating supplier agreements improving vendor relationships and ensuring alignment with sustainability goals.
• Develop sustainable sourcing and procurement strategies to drive longterm value for clients.

• Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders building trustbased relationships and ensuring project alignment with client objectives.
• Lead client presentations workshops and strategy sessions effectively communicating complex supply chain solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and exceed client expectations through highquality work and actionable outcomes.

• Mentor and develop junior consultants fostering a collaborative and highperformance team environment.
• Provide technical guidance and support to ensure project success and professional growth of team members.
• Manage project teams ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to timelines and budgets.

• Stay informed on emerging supply chain trends technologies and best practices to deliver innovative solutions to clients.
• Conduct research on industry benchmarks and competitive analysis to provide clients with forwardthinking insights.
• Contribute to the firms thought leadership initiatives by preparing white papers case studies and client presentations.

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Industrial Engineering Logistics or a related field.
• Advanced degree (e.g. MBA Masters in Supply Chain Management) or certifications (e.g. APICS CSCP Lean Six Sigma PMP) are highly preferred.

• 5 7 years of experience in supply chain consulting operations management or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading supply chain projects and delivering measurable results.
• Experience with supply chain technologies ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and advanced analytics tools is a plus.

• Strong expertise in supply chain optimization process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Advanced analytical and problemsolving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Tableau Power BI and Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex supply chain solutions to diverse audiences.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple workstreams and crossfunctional teams.
• Familiarity with emerging supply chain technologies including AI blockchain and IoT.
