Tasks
What Youll Do:
- Develop and maintain secure efficient backend services for AIdriven HR tools.
- Collaborate with frontend teams to create seamless integrations.
- Solve complex challenges in system architecture and application scalability.
Requirements
What Youll Need:
- 3 years of backend development experience with a strong background in Java and the Spring Framework.
- Experience with thirdparty integrations APIs and developing integrations.
- Proficiency with development tools like Git Maven JUnit and SQL.
- Familiarity with secure software development practices and DevOps.
- Experience in developing containerized applications.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Docker Kubernetes and Linux server administration.
- Ability to create and maintain documentation for both technical and nontechnical users.
