Your mission
OVALs strength lies in producing and executing impactful projects. As a Live Project Manager youre the one who brings our clients visions to life.
You translate our clients needs into tangible products: events experiences and activations.
As a Project Manager youre a multitalent. Youre decisive you thrive under pressure and tight deadlines and you enjoy being handson during production. On the other hand you can also take a step back to communicate clearly with clients and various stakeholders. Youre hospitable creative and you maintain your balance and energy for the next projects coming up.
As a Project Manager youll collaborate with a Senior Project Manager but you also get energized from independently shaping plans. You know how to advise clients on the possibilities within a large or small budget. You monitor budgets and timelines and communicate with clients about progress.
- You produce productions/events for various clients at different locations.
- You manage assigned projects from A to Z: from quotation budget planning production to execution.
- You work with a team (strategy creation and campaigns) on effective and creative plans for clients.
- You work according to professional procedures also known as the Way of Working.
- You research and discuss the wishes and needs of clients.You identify opportunities with clients and share them internally with the right colleagues.
- You listen carefully and ask questions in conversations with clients stakeholders and suppliers.You present ideas and facts clearly tailored to the listener.
- You build a network of relationships that are useful in realizing events and experiences.
Your profile
- 2 years of experience in fully executing (multiday) events for a minimum of 100 people.
- Experience at an agency and with corporate clients is a plus.
- Possession of an HBO bachelors or masters degree in Events Communications or Hospitality.
- Inquisitive by nature with attention to detail.
- A critical eye and the ability to maintain an overview.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial: youre always eager to get started.
- You can communicate clearly and work under pressure when needed.
- You speak and write Dutch fluently and have a good command of the English language.
- You are empathetic.
- You enjoy a good team spirit and love building strong connections.
