Were looking for a strong intern to join and work closely with our Product and Engineering team to support the creation and maintenance of our web application. Youll gain valuable experience in frontend and backend technologies as well as lowcode tools and contribute to a realworld project.

Tasks
At Jobkey you will take full responsibility for the product from day one independently managing the (further) development of features and modules. You will engage closely with our Product and Tech team and independently develop initial prototypes using lowcode tools.
- Own the product development process: Take charge of designing building and refining features and modules.
- FullStack Development: Assist in developing web applications using JavaScript TypeScript and popular frameworks like React and Express
- Backend Contributions: Contribute to backend development by creating RESTful APIs with Express ensuring robust serverside functionality
- Database Management: Support database management using PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks such as Sequelize or TypeORM ensuring efficient data handling
- Testing & Debugging: Participate in code testing and debugging including unit and endtoend testing while writing automated test cases to enhance software reliability
- Collaborate closely: Work with customers and the tech team to create prototypes using NoCode and LowCode tools like Glide and Airtable.
- Innovate and execute: Bring fresh ideas challenge the status quo and directly implement solutions that shape the product.
- Gain strategic insight: Be a close sparring partner to our founders contributing to both operational tasks and highlevel strategy in a handson environment.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing (final year) or recently completed a degree in Compupter Science Informatics Software Engineering or a related field
- Standing out by exceptional achievements in extracurricular activities work experience or your academic career
- Bonus points if youve worked with LowCode platforms such as Glide
- Advanced knowledge of and experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React and backend development using Node.js particularly building RESTful APIs with Express is a plus
- Strong problemsolving skills and a keen interest in learning new technologies as well as a hardworking and entrepreneurially driven mindset
- Fluent in English
