Job Description:
Augmentjobs is seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Summer Real Estate Investment Banking Analyst to join our team for a summer internship program. The successful candidate will gain handson experience in real estate investment banking including financial modeling market analysis and supporting senior bankers in executing transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring professionals to deepen their understanding of the real estate investment landscape and enhance their financial analysis skills in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial models valuations and financial analysis for real estate transactions.

Conduct market research and industry analysis to support strategic recommendations.

Help prepare pitch materials presentations and other documents for clients.

Work closely with senior analysts and associates to support deal execution.

Participate in the due diligence process and assist with the preparation of transaction materials.

Support the overall deal process by preparing presentations reports and other deliverables.

Provide adhoc support to senior bankers and assist in other tasks as needed.
Requirements:

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in finance business economics real estate or a related field.

Strong academic performance with relevant coursework in finance real estate or economics.

Excellent analytical quantitative and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Interest in real estate investment banking and finance.

Ability to work effectively both independently and in team settings.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a fastpaced highpressure environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous internship experience in finance investment banking or real estate.

Familiarity with real estate financial modeling techniques.
Salary:
