Augmentjobs is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Energy Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on providing expert financial advisory and capital market services to clients within the energy sector including renewable energy oil and gas and utilities. The ideal candidate will work on complex financial models conduct detailed industry research and contribute to the execution of mergers acquisitions and capitalraising initiatives. The position requires a strong understanding of the energy sectors market dynamics and regulatory landscape.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain complex financial models for energyrelated investment opportunities.

Conduct indepth industry and company research to support strategic recommendations.

Prepare client presentations and deliver compelling insights to senior management.

Participate in the execution of mergers acquisitions and capitalraising activities.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality client solutions.

Monitor market trends and regulatory changes within the energy sector.

Assist in the preparation of pitch books and dealspecific materials.
Education:

Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting or a related field is required.

Advanced degree (MBA or Masters) or CFA designation is preferred.
Experience Level:

A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in investment banking preferably with a focus on the energy sector.
Salary Range:
$130000 to $175000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
