Main responsibilities
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients.
- Regular communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve client goals.
- Identifying and pursuing upselling and crossselling opportunities.
- Ensuring timely renewal of contracts.
- Driving revenue growth through strategic account management.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Providing training and support to clients as needed.
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Valued skills
Higher education in Business Marketing Economics or other relevant areas to the role;
At least 3 years of Professional experience as Sales Representative in the Technological Market area;
Strong motivation for business development within the scope of Cloud technologies;
Excellent selling negotiation and communication skills;
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics;
A commitment to excellent customer service;
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback;
Highly selfmotivated passionate with team management and leadership.
Language Skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
We value other language knowledge like Spanish French and/or Dutch (spoken and written).
