Requirement description :
- 4 years of experience Required
- Recent traveler experience highly preferred
- Work History
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
- Licensure & Certifications (IAHSCMM & BLS AHA)
- Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates 50 mi radius rule)
- ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS & RTO MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SUBMITTAL MYMICHIGAN WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE REQUESTS POST OFFER OFFER WILL BE RESCINDED
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- HSPA (IAHCSMM)
- BLS (AHA)
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : Weekend & Holiday Rotation
